Full Send Fitness is Appleton's home for functional fitness and bootcamp training — built around one mission: training for life and training for longevity. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, or simply feel better every day, our coaching team designs every session to help you move better, recover smarter, and push your limits.
We believe fitness should serve your life — not the other way around. That's why every workout at Full Send Fitness is built on functional movements that translate directly to the things that matter: playing with your kids, staying active as you age, performing at your best, and feeling confident in your body.
Beyond group classes and personal training, Full Send Fitness offers on-site chiropractic care, massage therapy, and physical therapy — plus an indoor golf simulator for members who want to work on their game. It's everything you need under one roof, with 24-hour facility access so you can train on your schedule.

Not at all. Our coaches scale every workout to your current fitness level, whether you've never stepped foot in a gym or you've been training for years. You'll get a free intro session where we learn about your goals and show you the ropes before you ever join a class.
You'll meet one of our coaches, tour the facility, and talk through your fitness goals and any limitations. We'll walk you through how our classes work, answer all your questions, and help you pick the best program for where you're starting. No pressure, no commitment — just a conversation.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and supportive sneakers (cross-trainers work best). Bring a water bottle — we have everything else you need. If you're trying a Boot Camp or functional fitness class, expect to sweat.
Absolutely. Our High-Intensity Functional Fitness and Boot Camp classes combine strength training and cardio conditioning to burn calories, build lean muscle, and improve your overall fitness. Pair that with our coaching guidance and you'll see real, sustainable results.

We're at 1925 West Packard Street in Appleton, WI. There's plenty of free parking right outside our door. We serve members from Appleton, Grand Chute, Little Chute, Greenville, Kimberly, Kaukauna, Neenah, and Menasha.
Yes! Drop-ins are $15 per class. Just arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled class time to complete registration. Click the "Drop-In" link in the menu to request your session.
